Eligibility/ Rules & Regulations for the Zeeshan Ahmed Khan Film Scholarship Program:
- You MUST be enrolled in a Pakistani University studying Media and /or Film. Bachelors and Master students are all welcome to apply! Applications from non Film/ Media students or professional filmmakers will automatically be rejected.
- With the film treatment, you must provide:
- Full name, Age, Profile picture and short background information of yourself.
- A scanned PDF of your University I.D. (as evidence of being a student)
- Contact details (Email address and Cell number)
- Name of your University, your field of study and the semester you are currently studying in.
- The Film Treatment has to be max. of 1500 words. Additionally, you could include a storyboard or any documents explaining your vision to the Jury members. All documents should be submitted in PDF format.
- Please also provide a link to your film portfolio (also stating your role in the film as director, writer etc) which could display your skills as a filmmaker to the Jury members.
- Only Short Films and Documentaries are eligible for the Scholarship.

- The winner will be notified directly through their email and will be publicly announced through social media.
- The winner of the Scholarship will receive the cash prize of € 1000!
About the Scholarship:
This program is introduced under my brother’s name Zeeshan Ahmed Khan who was a strong supporter of the medium of Film and Cinema. He worked tirelessly for numerous short and Independent films as an actor and writer. He also regularly wrote reviews on Pakistani Television shows, Theater and Films at mrkhansreviews.com.
This scholarship will preserve the memory of my brother and help a young Pakistani filmmaker realize his/ her dream of making their own films.
